DOBIERO is an Android and iPhone app. It reminds you about apps and services that may be useful where you are.

It lets your phone check the place when DOBIERO isn't visible on screen. Access is optional. You can turn it off later.

No. Your phone uses it only to check the place. DOBIERO doesn't send it to its own server, advertisers, or analytics tools.

No. DOBIERO does not create a history of coordinates, routes, or visits. Only settings, muted items, and data needed for current reminders stay on your phone.

Yes. Core reminders work without an account or internet connection. Place data stays on your phone. Another app or its store page may need internet.

No. Your phone may delay background activity. When a good reading cannot identify one exact place, DOBIERO prefers a truthful list of nearby apps. A reading that is too weak still produces no suggestion.

No. Another app or its store page opens only after your tap. DOBIERO never installs anything.

It shows no more than one current reminder with up to four current suggestions. After the first alert, new suggestions during the same visit can quietly replace earlier ones without another alert. The “+N” count means suggestions beyond the first four. Android also shows a separate silent message during a short location check. DOBIERO leaves gaps and avoids duplicate reminders. Below the app list, choose “Don't want suggestions like these?”: “Don't show in this place” mutes the places behind the current list, and “Mute categories from this list” mutes the categories of its apps.

Background location checks use limited sessions: up to 45 seconds, or up to 150 seconds at a large venue on iPhone. DOBIERO may retry up to three times, 1, 2 and 5 minutes after the previous attempt, for up to 40 seconds each. A failed reading needed to move the monitored area may be retried up to three times, after 1, 2 and 5 minutes. Android shows a silent message during the short service. While DOBIERO is open on screen, it keeps the list current. The system may delay or skip a check, and battery use depends on your phone and its settings.
