How it works
How do location-based reminders work?
Your phone first shows possible nearby apps when one exact place cannot yet be confirmed, then refines the result. For example, when you enter a supported gym, it may suggest that club’s app.
A good reading builds the current list
DOBIERO shows the full list of verified apps: exact results in a conservative envelope below 80 metres first, then safe nearby suggestions up to 150 metres.
The notification waits for confirmation
Home and the widget update immediately, but the system notification appears only after several consistent readings and the required dwell time.
You choose what to open
Another app or store opens only after your tap.
Important
A notification may be late.
Android and iOS decide when the app can work in the background. A reading that is too inaccurate or stale neither builds a new list nor immediately removes the previous one. Relevance matters more than the number of notifications.
